FEES
Our fees for dealing with a sale or
purchase are very competitive and figures can be supplied on request. Council Right to Buys, Re-Mortgages and
Transfer of Equity are all charged at reasonable fees - details on
request. |

DISBURSEMENTS
There are a number of
disbursements that sometimes need to be paid.
 |
Stamp Duty is charged
accordingly: |

1% where the price is
between £60,000 - £250,000
3% where the price is between £250,000 - £500,000
4% where the price exceeds £500,000 |

Land Registry fees vary
depending on the price of your new property. |
|
They can be from as
little as £40 but usually more in the range of £100 to £200 (if
you are buying in the £70,000 - £200,000 price range). We shall
advise you of these when you first instruct us. |
