The very nature of Criminal Law makes it difficult for us to deal with a case over the Internet or over the telephone. It is usually better to discuss and deal with matters on a face to face basis. |

We do cover most Courts in the Northamptonshire surrounding area including Northampton, Corby, Kettering,Wellingborough, Stamford, Bourne, Leicester, Peterborough, Sleaford. If you have a problem that is being dealt with in any of the above Courts we are sure we can help. |

If you get in trouble with the Police and are interviewed and/or arrested you are entitled to free legal advice either from your own Solicitor or any other Solicitor experienced in criminal Law. |

Every Court now offers a Duty Solicitor service so that if you attend at Court on the day without having taken legal advice previously you will be able to speak to a Duty Solicitor, free of charge. It is obviously better to get legal advice before your case comes to Court because a Duty Solicitor will only have a limited amount of time to spend with you. |

If you are not aware of a local Solicitor dealing with criminal matters you can then contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or local Magistrates Court and they will help. |
