We are here to help.

LEGAL AID
This is a Legal Aid Practice. We have the benefit of a Legal Aid Franchise. We will always try and see if Legal Aid is available to cover the costs.

PROGRESS REPORTS
We will keep you regularly advised of progress and will try and contact you at a minimum of once a month. We will also try and send regular interim bills so that you are kept fully advised of the position with costs.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Naturally everything we discuss or do for you is completely confidential.

RESPONSIBILITY
Your matter will be dealt with on a day to day basis by an experienced lawyer. The partners with overall responsibility are Paul Seaton and Adrian Chambers.

COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint, however small, please let us know. We will try to do everything we can to sort out any problem to your satisfaction.

IMPROVEMENTS
We hope you will be fully satisfied with the service we offer. However, if you find there are any areas of our service that could be improved please let us know. We want to try and maintain and improve our client services.
