FEES

INTRODUCTION

We offer relatively low and sensible fees. We will provide a free written estimate of our charges if possible.
If we cannot agree a fixed estimate, we will work on the basis of an hourly rate for the person dealing with the matter. Hourly rates are reviewed once a year.
V.A.T. will be charged on our fees and some disbursements.

FREE ASSESSMENTS
We offer free initial assessments on any matter within our expertise. Please complete the General Enquiry Form.

LEGAL AID
We are a Legal Aid Practice and hold a Legal Aid Franchise in various areas of legal work. We will always try and see if Legal Aid is available to cover the costs.

NO WIN NO FEE
We offer Conditional No Win No Fee arrangements on Accident claims. Maximum fee 25% of damages. Further details available. Please see Accident Claims Information.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We usually ask for some money to be paid in advance "on account" of our costs. We expect our bills to be paid within 30 days. If not we reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding money at a rate of the Judgement Debt rate (currently 8%).
